12 months to become a well-rounded engineer
A structured path that takes you from new graduate to independent engineer, mentored by our experts.

Months 1–2: Immersion
Full onboarding, discovering our products, getting to grips with our stack (Python, FastAPI, React, Docker).

Months 3–6: Mentoring
You are paired with a senior engineer and contribute to real client projects under supervision.

Months 7–10: Autonomy
You deliver your first features end to end — from design to production.

Months 11–12: Confirmation
Evaluation, internal certification and permanent integration into the team.
